Your Responsibilities :
The GSK Privileged access service is changing from a bespoke tool to CyberArk and SailPoint and the services we are providing on these tools are new. We have created a number of new positions in the organisation to support the delivery of these new services

The Privileged Access Engineer is one of the new roles created to support the change in the service for enhancing the controls and management of Privileged Access across the GSK environment.

The primary purpose of this role is to provide subject matter expertise on the Privileged Access Service toolset, which includes CyberArk, SailPoint, and other bespoke tools, for ensuring that GSK effectively and securely manages Privileged access to its applications and underlying technology. This a key role for designing and implementing enhancements to the tools and processes based on security best practices, service escalations, and requested improvements.

• Provide L3/SME support for Privileged Access Service toolset (CyberArk) which will include on call support
• Responsible for Privileged User account administration of various Windows and UNIX accounts using CyberArk components
• Integrating various platforms with CyberArk, such as different LDAP providers, Windows servers, UNIX servers, Databases and networking Devices, middleware and databases.
• Troubleshooting CyberArk Privileged Account Security (PAS) product suite and integration with the wider eco-system, including ticketing systems, Active Directory, security logging and monitoring (Splunk), identity and access management, enterprise monitoring and alerting
• Perform Privileged Access toolset operations on day-to-day basis
• Support the service including CyberArk application, provision/de-provision of privileged accounts in AD, Unix, AS400 environments; create access, modify, issue RSA tokens, Skype support for privileged access customers when required
• Manage risk items, provide sound technical judgement for security solutions and trends. Conduct root-cause when required
• Support quality & compliance, audits and assessments (both internal and external led, SOX, Deloitte) to ensure compliance in this area

Why You?

Basic qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Equivalent Degree.
• 6-8 years of overall IT experience with preference being in Cybersecurity.
• 3+ years of work experience supporting CyberArk.
• Basic understanding of high-availability (HA) and failover implementations for network infrastructure and server systems
• CyberArk Platform certification preferred
• Self-motivated, confident and reliable
• Ability to assume ownership and willingness to take responsibility and manage projects to completion
• Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities with root cause analysis
• Well versed in documentation of installation procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), etc.
• Hands on experience in Windows programming (.Net, VB Scripting, PowerShell, Administrative scripting) a plus.
• Experience with Windows/ UNIX platforms in large heterogeneous environment.
• Understanding typical Enterprise Change Management processes.

Preferred qualifications:
• CISSP, CISM and/or CISA a plus
• CyberArk Platform certification preferred
