Purpose of Work Position:
• Providing administrative and information support of General Manager and to Ukrainian Management Team
• Support effective two-way communication between managers and employees to improve employees'engagement and the performance of the company. Reduce probable misunderstanding and misinterpretation of key policies and decisions.

Basic qualifications:
Admin activities/tasks:
• Management of GM's working schedule;
• Meetings Support : Assist in Agenda preparation, visuals, Participate and take minutes on regular basis
• Team sites administration
• Manage GM's expense reports: Local expense reports, etc
• To request , accumulate and keep actual Reports Wall on a regular base
• Coordinate & support GM's /MT business trips: Visa obtaining support, Agenda preparation, Logistics
• Support of GSK guests -coordinating & support of visits: logistics arrangements, meeting scheduling
• Documents flow coordination: to improve signature delegation process, to monitor documents coming to GM's signature
• HUB data accumulation: BMA monthly expense reports, BMA international business trip sheet

Preferred qualifications:

• Complete higher education;
• Advanced PC user;
• Fluent English and experience in interpreting of negotiations
• Excellent business style
• Accurate with infornartion
