Your Responsibilities :
• To adapt and localize the globally developed content to Russian market
• To create artworks for the local materials, printing and maintain the timely delivery to all Russia
• Communication with third parties and agencies
• Create supportive internal and external documentation, project plans, PPTs to the projects
• Support the educational sessions and trainings for FF, meetings coordination and minutes summarizing
• Check the existing brand content on up-to-date status, including internal trainings and educational videos
• Maintaining the internal systems (approvals of materials and projects)
• Different data validation, consolidation
• Translations if required

Why You?

• English fluent
• Analytical mindset
• Microsoft Excel and PPT intelligence
• Project management experience is a plus
