Your Responsibilities :
We are currently recruiting for Machine Operators to join our Global Manufacturing & Supply plant based in Ulu Klang. This role will mainly be responsible for the setup, operate, shutdown and cleaning the required lines, equipment's and manufacturing process properly in accordance with established Company's and Regulatory Authorities policy such as GMP and Environment, Safety and Health procedures

The Role
• Comply to all EHS procedure.
• Comply to LOTO procedure.
• Wearing proper PPE during operation.
• Ensure the machine guarding and interlock system is in place and in use.
• Support ZAP program.
• GMP check before set up operation
• Start up
• Check raw material upon receiving from dispensary
• Loading raw material into granulator
• Performing granulation, drying and milling
• Loading granules into the blender
• Performing line clearance and machine cleaning
• In process check
• Operation of Azo powder conveying system
• Inspection punch and dies upon receiving
• Return the punch and dies after washing with IPA
• Collect validation samples if required
• Unipress operators to monitor and record RH temperature
• Clean tablet container before use
• Reconciliation of MBR
• Recording the punch code in the MBR
• Responsible for the data print out to attach in MBR
• In process check
• Physical appearance
• Fragility, hardness, thickness and weight
• Weighing (bulk tablet)
• Sampling
• Documenting the Line Clearance

Requirements
• Possess a SPM/Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical & Electronic/Electrical or equivalent
• Must be able to work on shift.
• Fair command of both Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Must have basic knowledge on documentation including SOP/MBR
• Malaysian Citizen
