Your Responsibilities :
Per la nostra divisione HR della sede di Verona, siamo alla ricerca di un/a brillante neolaureato/a.
La risorsa in stage sarà inserita in affiancamento al team HR Advisor e fornirà supporto alle attività amministrative legate ai processi di inserimento di nuove risorse e gestione del personale esistente

In particolare si occuperà di supportare:

- l'inserimento dati, nel nostro gestionale, in riferimento a nuove assunzioni, trasferimenti, promozioni, cessazione del personale interno nonché la parte amministrativa e tutte le comunicazioni interne;
- predisporre analisi dati e statistiche utilizzando il gestionale Excel sul personale esistente
- attività di traduzione dall'inglese all'italiano di materiali corporate da implementare e divilgare nel business
- attività di archiviazione
- attività di supporto Help Desk per fornire informazioni al business ed espleatre richieste

RISULTATI ATTESI

La risorsa imparerà a lavorare in un ambiente complesso e dinamico, all'interno di processi strutturati che coinvolgono più funzioni aziendali.

Basic qualifications:
Laureando/a o Laureato/a Magistrale in discipline umanistiche/economiche/ giuridiche con particolare passione per l'ambito HR.
Ottime doti di precisione e organizzazione del lavoro.
Capacità di gestire efficacemente la comunicazione con interlocutori interni
Proattività
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, soprattutto scritta
Completano il profilo buone skills analitiche, disponibilità ad apprendere, buone doti comunicative e di relazione.

Preferred qualifications:
Master in ambito HR
