Job description



Your Responsibilities :
•Thoroughly understand the business environment and current situation, and identify issues on HRM and/or organization development. Devise and implement those solutions.
•Coaches and counsels a Head of sales and directors through insight, constructive feedback and challenge. Delivers this in a trustful way to enable the leader to be effective and to ensure consistency with GSK values and behaviours, driving business performance and effective organisational alignment
•Conduct talent management across the organization to ensure key talents in critical roles and succession depth for critical roles.
•Develop and deliver customized training programs for Sales Leadership Team and 7 Sales Regions.
•Resolve ER/IR issues and implement strategies to reduce such matters and enhance performance. Coach and build line manager capability to create a positive employee environment.
•Drive standardisation and continuous improvement of HR Services, in alignment with the HR service delivery model and standard metrics in order to increase HR's effectiveness and enhance the customer experience
•Respond to complex, escalated queries from line managers and HR Service Centre around HR policies, processes and ways of working.
•Build good relationship with GSKJ Union in cooperation with ER team.
•Lead and deliver some global/regional HR projects and/or initiatives across Japan HR on behalf of HRGs and HR Shared Services.
•Manage and develop a HR generalist in the team

Why You?

Basic qualifications:
•Bachelor Degree
•8 years of experience in a various HR roles and 5 years of strong HRBP/HR Manager in an organization whose employees are more than 300 in a multinational company
•Business level Englisha and Japanese

Preferred qualifications:
MBA
