Your Responsibilities :
As the Finance Business Partner, you will be challenging performance and driving robust business discussions. You drive financial analysis, with a questioning and problem-solving mindset, using your engagement and influencing skills and creating strong relationships with your internal stakeholders.
You will be part of the Norwegian leadership team and report directly to the Area Finance Director Benelux Nordics.

Your responsibilities are:
• Leading the Market organization from a financial perspective
• Wide responsibility across several aspects of country finance (BPA, FRA) and owning internal controls
• Ensure high data quality of financial information and safeguard transparency during strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Providing all necessary financial analyses and planning for country organization
• Providing financial reporting to Area Finance team and regional headquarter
• Design, enhance and deliver management reporting
• Supporting Country management in defining and achieving profitable growth strategies
• Recommend and challenge activities to maximize business profitability on short/long term basis
• Ensuring transparent basis for business decisions through a true and fair financial evaluation
• Effectively manage relationship with GSK business service centres

Why You?

Basic qualifications:
• University Degree in Business/Finance, Finance qualification
• Min. 3 years track record in Financial- or Controller role, preferably in FMCG/OTC industry
• Experience in working in commercial P&L environment
• Track record of highly effective finance business partnering including ability to build good working relationships internally and externally
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Demonstrated business skills executed with integrity and independent commercial judgment
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• High level of resilience under pressure
• Ability to prioritize workload in order to meet critical deadlines in line with business requirements
• Strong continuous improvement / change management skills

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience in working with cross-functional business forecasting
• Experience in FMCG and OTC sales channels and embedded customer hierarchies
