Your Responsibilities :
Per la sede di Baranzate (MI) siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa in Stage, da inserire presso il Dipartimento di Expert Market Oral Care, che si occupa di attività rivolte ai professionisti Medici Odontoiatri ed Igienisti dentali.

Contenuto del progetto formative

La risorsa si occuperà di supportare l'Expert Mkt Manager Oral Care nelle seguenti attività:
- Sviluppo dei materiali informativi per la field force, che si relaziona con Medici e parodontologi;
- Preparazione del materiale per l'organizzazione di Congressi di settore;
- Relazione e gestione dei contatti con le associazioni di Medici, Igienisti e parodontologi;
- Gestione di iniziative in ambito di formazione o progetti educativi;
- Aggiornamento dei portali web dedicati ai professionisti del settore Dentale;
- Pianificazione delle attività durante l'anno per supportare la rete di informazione;
- Preparazione e partecipazione a conference call e meeting.

Obiettivi

La risorsa verrà inserita all'interno della Sede commerciale Italiana un'azienda farmaceutica internazionale tra i primi player al mondo nel campo dei prodotti di Consumer Healthcare.

Dopo un primo periodo di formazione e affiancamento, la risorsa sarà in gradi di
- Imparare cosa significa relazionarsi con i professionisti del settore dentale e gli stakeholder aziendali;
- comprendere il proprio ruolo all'interno del team e dell'organizzazione aziendale
- interfacciarsi con i diversi dipartimenti in un'ottica di collaborazione più ampia e obiettivi comuni
- lavorare per scadenze ed obiettivi
- imparare a gestire il tempo e le priorità
- maturare capacità di problem solving

Si offre uno stage di 6 mesi, curriculare o extracurriculare, con rimborso spese mensile di 800€
