Key Responsibilities :

• Primary owner of the ecommerce channel across brands.
• Primary owner of the consumer acquisition plan delivering on consumer volume and cost per acquisition targets.
• Owner of the retention plan working in conjunction with the brand team to deliver repeat purchase and frequency.
• Owner of the ecommerce trading plan in conjunction with key ecommerce partners.
• Responsible for the ongoing development and management of the store to drive conversion rate and basket size increases.

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree
• 2-3 years' e-Commerce experience in FMCG Company
• Demonstration of an “organization mindset” in thinking beyond the brand as to what is best for GSK overall.
• Ecommerce management :
-Must be experienced in the development and optimization of ecommerce storefronts.
-Trading plans and partner management.
• Digital marketing :
- Must have experience in the development, implementation and optimization of demand generation plans working in conjunction with brand teams.
• Reporting & optimization :
- Must have experience in running test and learn programs.
- Creating and delivering ecommerce metrics and digital marketing reporting.
• Demonstration of an “organization mindset” in thinking beyond the brand as to what is best for GSK overall.
• Good command of English
