GSK 컨슈머헬스케어 법인의 Associate Key Account Manager를 모집합니다. 1년-1년 반 같이 근무하실 분을 찾고 있습니다.

▶ Objective :
To manage hyper store operation for improvement sales fundamentals based on HQ handler direction into each stores in area responsible

▶ Accountability :
1. To handle 40-50 hyper stores, which need to be covered mainly for E-mart, Homeplus, and Lotte Mart, by monthly basis. Daily visit to average 5-7 sotres and meet store staff to communicate sales executional actions.
2. To check shelf POG situation, stock hygiene, product visibility, and claim to fix fundamentals that we should carry with covering HQ handler directions.
3. To secure merchandising space to impement in store promotion according to HQ direction.
4. To report to HQ handler about everything to fix or back up for sales improvement.
5. To fullfil every POSM to carry on all the items we carry
6. To monitor shelf price and NPD situation including competitors
7. To manage and lead ISP to carry sales objective
8. To cover all the other things for sales enhancement including above 1- 7 activities

▶ Performance Delivery :
1. To meet sales target for each store based on sell out target that comapny gives
2. To have responsibility to achieve sales target and to deliver directions to stores staffs.

▶ Requirement :
1. Preferable 2-3 years experience in FMCG indusrty, but it is right as new comer
2. Education : bachelor
3. Skill : Selling skill / Computer Excel/Word
4. Licence : Driver licence required
