Poste et missions:The future Junior EU Policy Analyst will:
- Contribute in developing ENTSOGs positions and recommendations on the key issues for the association
- Compile analyses of views of key energy organizations on current principal EU issues
- Monitor the European stakeholders with focus on their communication and impact on regulatory and policy related developments
- Recommend on how to establish and maintain effective and trust-based relations to EU institutions and key stakeholders, including liaising on relevant topics with GIE and with ENTSOG members
- Support ENTSOG Policy & Communication Manager and General Manager, Board and various Working Groups in ensuring timely delivery on ENTSOGs policy processes
- Communicate to ENTSOG members and ENTSOGs Brussels Team on EU issues
- Prepare briefings and documents for a variety of purposes/audiences.
Profil:Required background:
- Specific and higher education in economics/politics/public relations/ EU Affairs;
- Solid understanding of the current situation related to politics, economics and regulation related to energy and gas in particular;
- Capable of identifying and understanding critical points in communication paths between ACER, the European Commission, European Parliament, stakeholders and ENTSOG;
- Solid communication skills and proven analytical acumen;
- Proficiency in English (written and oral – C2 Level);
- Experiences in handling EU legislative files.
