V.I.E - LOGISTICS PROJECT COORDINATOR

MISSION

Groupe SEB SLOVENSKO, the Slovakian subsidiary of Groupe SEB, is currently looking for a V.I.E as Logistics Project Coordinator, to work with Distribution Center Supply Chain teams based in Senec (30km from Bratislava).

The V.I.E will support the Distribution Manager and will help to identify logistics areas for process improvement and cost savings in order to make sure that expectations are met.

In this context, your main missions and projects will be:

- Be responsible for maintaining, tracking, maximizing costs and analyzing all inbound / outbound shipments, including working with carriers and the 3PL provider.

- Evaluate existing capabilities and establish new systems and processes for the tracking, measurement, reporting, and analysis of all traffic.

- Lead the analysis and provide statistical information on the tracking of product shipments, returns, and inventory

- Shipping responsibilities via the different subsidiaries

- Be responsible for preparing and following logistics budget

- Provide reports to management: inventory, distribution, freight, etc.

- Be responsible for preparing statistical data for contract negotiations and participating in negotiations

To achieve your objectives, you will collaborate closely with associates (customer service teams, DHL, Carriers) to improve efficiency, productivity and processes. You will also work with EMEA and Markets Supply Chain teams.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

PROFIL

Are you a Business School or University graduate with Supply Chain education?

Do you have minimum 12 months' experience in Supply Chain / Forecast missions (through internships or post graduate experience)?

Excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills?

Ability to work to deadlines & manage stressful situations?

Do you speak English and ideally Slovakian?

Would you like to gain some unique international experience giving you a global vision of Supply Chain?
