SUPPLY PLANNER

Job description
MISSION :
The Supply Planner is responsible for ensuring that Groupe SEB Canada customers' have the right products delivered at the right time with accurate quantities; while adhering to Groupe SEB's procedures and objectives. Specific duties include:
· Monitor weekly TRUST process: Transport Load Builder (TLB) and Deployment
· Communicate stock challenges and work with NIC, SEB Asia and Strategic Business Unit (SBU)
· Alert Supply Chain Planning Manager and Key Account Manager in case of risk of shortage and backorder
· Follow and challenge excess & slow-movers
· Follow and monitor from a supply point of view phase IN/OUT with Supply Chain Team and SBU
· Process Lagostina Direct import orders and communication flow with factories and NIC
· Follow KPI (Supplier Service Level, Inventory availability, Inventory Quality, Inventory Radiography) of our suppliers and manage action plan accordingly with the Supply Chain Planning Manager
· Assist and validate an anticipation plan during specific timing (ex. Chinese New Year)
· Promote continual improvement throughout the organization by using various tools including SAP, APO, and QlikView
Desired profile
Qualifications :
PROFILE:
· Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience). APICS certification is a plus.
· Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supply Planner
· Very good Analytical, Critical Thinking, Interpersonal & Communication skills
· Strong proficiency of SAP APO, SNP & Microsoft Office suite
· Understanding of the Master Production Schedule (MPS) mechanism
· Working Transversally: fosters collaborative work
