SHIPPING COORDINATOR

Job description

MISSION :

· Preparing the necessary documents to move freight from IMUSA distribution facility in Doral, FL as well as its third party consolidators in California, to the designated ship to facility per trading partner.
· Accurate preparation of BOL per trading partner standards.
· Shipment of PO in operating system.
· Control of weekly shipping pattern and awareness of warehouse workflow.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

PROFILE:

·  High School diploma or equivalent
·  Prior experience in logistics is a preferred plus
·  Basic computer skills with MS Windows and Office applications (Outlook & Excel)
·  Ability to multitask, organization and attention to detail.
