MISSION, Overview of Role:

Proactively execute adaption products spec to appropriate standards and control quality in regard to new products launch.

Especially, co-work with France head-quarters product design/quality group to convince our requirements, communications in English on telephone call, chat, email, reporting are very important.

No need to be fluent in English, however have to be open mind for positively having communication.

 

主なミッション、主な役割：

新製品のローンチにかかる、各種規格への適合および品質管理を、能動的に実施していただきます。

特に、フランス本社の設計・品質部門への説明、交渉能力が重要となりますので、英語による本社との電話、チャット、メール、レポートが必須となります。

英会話は流暢ではなくても、抵抗なく積極的にコミュニケーションが取れることが必要です。

原則として、圧力鍋、電気製品、調理器具、といった製品ファミリーのいずれかをご担当いただきます。

Principal Responsibilities

  • Track and monitor relative standards of products and trend.

  • Clarify required product spec for applying to appropriate standards.

  • Investigate and learn the gap between actual product quality and operated quality standard in manufacturing.

  • Develop Japan's quality requirements and implement it officially. (Negotiation with head-quarters)

  • Join in product design process to confirm if Japan's quality requirements are satisfied.

  • Co-work with inspection agency on necessary.

  • Making decision to go/not to go on meeting with stakeholders.

  • Lead inspection works in warehouse to verify quality and specs.

  • Admin for cost reporting related to product quality issues.

Qualification (experience, education, certification)

-Mandatory

  • Over 3 years relevant experience in quality control.

  • Must possess strong analysis and problem-solving skills.

  • Must be a self-starter and willing to take the initiative when something needs to get done.  

-Preferred

  • Advanced knowledge/experience with some of pressure cooker/cooking electronics or appliance.

  • Demonstrated experience working in foreign company.   • Ideally work experience in international consumer products company

  • Experience in management, quality assurance (ex. ISO9001,JIS, SG/S mark)

  • Rework management

  • Cost reporting

  • Technical support

Competencies (skills, knowledge, language, behaviors)

  • Word/Excel/PowerPoint

  • Japanese - Native fluency is a must

  • English - Business and above

  • Logical/ Patience/Tenacious

 

 

主な職務：

  ・製品に係る規格内容および動向の把握

  ・製品ファミリーごとに、適用が必須となる各種安全規格の明白化

  ・現状の製品品質実力と、製造時に運用されている品質基準の把握

  ・日本独自の製品品質基準の策定。および社内導入（本社との調整・交渉）

  ・MKTの製品GTMプロセスに参画し、規格要件が満たされていることの確認

  ・必要に応じて日本の検査機関への評価依頼

  ・オンライン判定、出荷判定への参画

  ・出荷前の検品作業およびリワークの指示・管理

  ・品質要件の運用に伴う、費用管理（本社への請求交渉、管理）

  ・修理センターへの技術サポート（サービスマニュアル作成、トレーニング、質疑応答）

期待する経験とスキル：

【必須】

　・品質管理経験（3年以上）

　・TOEIC 800点以上（実務経験必須）

　・解析、および解決能力

　・自ら率先してリーダーシップをとれる

　・圧力鍋、調理用電気製品、調理器具、いずれかの知識・経験が豊富

　・新製品のローンチ/GTM経験

　・外資系消費財業界での就業経験

　・ISO、JIS、SGマーク、Sマーク、などについての実務経験や知識
