Job description

MISSION :

The Management-HR Assistant provides secretarial support to the HR Manager and Office Manager and support and supervises a number of HR topics for Groupe SEB Nederland. An important role is to provide support to the Payroll and training administration. The Assistant should also organize and arrange cross-functional meetings for the HR Manager and Office Manager and support the Management Team how to best meet the HR Procedures. For the Office Manager the Assistent provides internal service for maintenance and repair of the SEB Nederland facilities. For all employees be the first point of contact on HR administration (holidays and illness).

Qualifications :

PROFILE:

The education is on Professional level (Meao secretarial or Schoevers) with additional modules or seminars on HR topics and/or Office Management. A minimu of two years experience is required. For this service oriented role we ask a perfect insight on how to treat confidential matters, the ability to play interface with partners, internally and externally and also capable of manage the managers. Due to the international character of the company fluent in English is required. Also a broad knowledge of MS Office is a must.
