INTERNSHIP - EXPORT LOGISTICS ASSISTANT WORK PLACEMENT

MISSION:

We are looking for an Export Assistant (M/F) to join the Groupe Seb Export unit in our Export Logistics department.

This work placement contract will be based in Rumilly (74) , near Annecy, for a period of 6 months starting from April 2016.

Working in the Customs department alongside the Group Customs Manager, you will help to deploy international projects validated by our strategy.

You will also take part in projects aimed at making the customs data in our IT systems more reliable.

In parallel, you will develop the extension of an international call for bids.

Finally, you will contribute towards maintaining Authorised Economic Operator status by developing responses to the recommendations required by customs and by ensuring that corrective measures are put in place.

Profil recherché

PROFILE:

Having completed a higher education course in transport and/or international commerce at a school of business or engineering, you would like to gain supply chain experience by completing a work placement for a large international group.

You are familiar with customs techniques and with various modes of transport (road, sea, air) and ideally you will have had some primary experience working for a freight forwarder or shipping company.

This assignment requires the ability to analyse, as well as good communication, negotiation and teaching skills.

You speak fluent English (an additional language will be a plus).
