INTERNAL AUDITOR

MISSION:

We are looking for an internal financial auditor to join the group's audit department (Financial Department) based at Groupe SEB headquarters in Ecully (Lyon).

Your mission will be made up of two main priorities.

Auditing group entities at a global level (7-8 audits per year, in various group subsidiaries across all geographical zones): analysing the operational risks of activities, identifying and investigating potential fraud, auditing the conformity of processes and their application (Finance, Purchasing, Marketing, Logistics, HR, etc.), preparing and planning missions and review with management.

In addition, improving the group's internal control processes: recommending and implementing modifications to the internal control manual, themed cross-departmental assignments (Purchasing, Management of discounts, Access to IT systems, Assigning authority, etc.).

You will receive prior training in the group's organisation and in internal systems and processes. You will then be able to take on your role as mission coordinator, aiming to ensure the success of the mission by organising the work well and successfully managing relations with the entity being audited.

Qualifications :

PROFILE:

Having completed your higher education, you have at least 3 years' experience in financial auditing (internal or external). You are mobile, on account of the frequent travel abroad.

This position requires integrity, organisation, discipline, ability to summarise, autonomy, ability to work alongside various cultures, comfortable with written and spoken communications.
An ability to influence is also required to ensure that recommendations are properly understood and applied by the management of the entities.

Because of the frequent travel, you will need to be available and mobile.

Your English is fluent, you are good at using IT tools (SAP, Excel), audit techniques (including systems), project management.
