INNOVATION RESEARCH PROJECT MANAGER

MISSION:

We are looking for a PRODUCT PERFORMANCE DEVELOPMENT PROJECT MANAGER to join our Home Cleaning business unit.
This position will be based at our factory in Vernon, situated 50 miles from Paris and 30 miles from Rouen in an environment offering all the necessary sporting and educational facilities.

Working within a context of growth in an R&D department of 45 people, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team of 10 expert researchers.

A born mechanic and pragmatist, your mission will be to “bring core technologies alive" to improve the performance of our products.

You will guarantee the achievement of performance targets throughout the product development process by developing “core technologies”, by analysing and solving any issues encountered during calculations and tests and by capitalising on the selected solutions.

Your knowledge of mechanics, aeraulics and acoustics will enable you to solve interdependent technical problems.

Since this position has a strong interpersonal dimension involving contact with the entire Product Performance team, other R&D departments and external suppliers, your communication skills and ability to convince others will be real assets.

Qualifications :

PROFILE:

You have completed a technical degree (5 year course) in Engineering and you have at least three years' experience in developing mechanical systems.
