MISSION:

Working within the scheduling department (4 people) in a rapidly growing production unit, you will work under the production unit manager and alongside the head of scheduling in order to further develop the logistics section.

You are responsible for:

- Managing two production lines in scheduling via SAP and APO to acquire an operational expertise.

- Creating a monitoring of supplies to optimize the upstream flow of production. You work in narrow relation with the supply department.

- Measuring and analysing the gap of non production in date in order to build and pilot an action plan of continuous improvement.

- Establishing a team meeting as part of our continuous improvement system. You must implement tools and KPI's allowing to facilitate and to enhance reliability of the production planning.

Profil recherché

Qualifications :

PROFILE:

You are a student in Engineering specialising in industrial logistics and you would like to gain some significant experience working in the scheduling department of a production unit making more than 13 million items per year.

You are interested and curious and you would like to apply your knowledge of production management tools and lean manufacturing within a large international group.

You have an in-depth understanding of Office suite, in particular Excel, and ideally knowledge of SAP.

This mission requires discipline, organisation, interpersonal skills and an aptitude for dealing with setbacks.

An ability to take the initiative, a good sense of team spirit, a capacity to adapt and analyse and a good technical background will help you succeed in this mission.
