During this Graduate Program, you will become a Demand Planning Specialist helping our teams to make the right products available, in the right place and at the right time.

YOUR MISSIONS:

- Mission 1: January 2021 to December 2021 - Improve statistical forecasting (Ecully, France)
You will join the Supply Chain Performance team whose goal is to increase customer satisfaction while improving inventory management and reducing the total cost of ownership. During this experience, you will develop your knowledge around Project Management, Data Analysis, Demand Planning and Information Systems.

- In collaboration with the IT Solutions Business Intelligence and Data Management team, you will improve and deploy the adoption of the Statistical Forecast tool (R + Dataiku).
- You will improve the quality of the statistical forecast produced and measured by the Demand Planning Accuracy (DPA), with a strong focus on Groupe SEB France and Groupe SEB Germany
- You will train Supply Chain teams in our markets on the use of Statistical Forecast and APO Demand planning (SAP) to improve their decision-making in the forecasting process
- You will monitor a specific DPA follow-up on New Products Introductions (NPI) and promotions, with a strong focus on Groupe SEB France and Groupe SEB Germany
- You will monitor the detection on recurrent biases at SKU level to provide an input to the Continuous improvement plans to improve Customer Service Level (CSL).

- Mission 2: January 2022 to June 2022 - Join Demand Planning team (Frankfurt, Germany)
You will be based at Groupe SEB Deutschland and report to the Demand Supply Planning Manager for North Europe. Your role will be to:

- Participate in the creation and validation of the forecasts
- Improve adoption and accuracy of the statistical forecast
- Track and adjust forecast error
- Perform regular sanity checks of Sales forecasts
- Monitor and animate continuous improvement plan to improve Customer Service Level (CSL)

- Mission 3: July 2022 to December 2022 - Become Demand Analyst (Parsippany, USA)
You will be based at Groupe SEB USA near New York and report to the Senior Demand Planning Manager. Your role will be to:

- Improve adoption and accuracy of the statistical forecast at customer level, with a key focus on Amazon and use of sell-out data
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply (logistics), Warehouse and Finance teams to ensure transitioning of product, accurate forecasting and product availability based on customer forecast
- Maximize Forecast accuracy and minimize biases at item and customer level
- Control and improve the Forecast in the system
- Develop and manage key monthly reports to support forecast analyst and budget control

Desired profile

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduated with a master's degree or equivalent in 2018, 2019 or 2020
- Previous study period or work experience outside your home country
- International mobility
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of French or German would be considered a plus
