YOUR MISSIONS:

To develop its sales, reach new market segments and offer products and services that are

increasingly relevant to its customers, Groupe SEB is launching a Marketing Automation program

in its sales markets. This program aims at defining and implementing a targeted communication

strategy based on all consumer collected data.

Within the IT Consumer Solutions Teams, you will handle for 24 months, 3 different positions:

 
§   1 st  Mission:    From September 2019 – 12 months –  Junior Project Manager in France (Lyon)

As Junior Project Manager, your mission will be to support the Program Manager in drawing up the organization of the project: define teams and roles, phases of the project, integration with other systems, project management committee, involvement of marketing teams.

You will also contribute in the project execution:

·  Define the key business success criteria of this project and follow them during the project
·  Define and execute communication plan all along the project
·  Animate business workshops in design phase to express needs, define operating model
·  Prepare and animate the testing and approval of the tool with IT and business teams
·  Prepare training phase on both tool and processes You will work in close collaboration with IS partners which will setup the Marketing Automation tool, the internal IS teams in different areas, the Marketing business team dedicated to the project and the selected markets who have been selected to implement the tool.

§   2 nd  and 
3 rd 
Missions:   2 x 6 months – Junior Project Manager (Europe, North and South America, Asia...)

·  During your second mission, you will contribute to the setup and rollout of the Marketing automation tool project in the identified markets.
·  You will train users on new tools and processes
·  You will assist local teams, on IT dimension, in executing marketing campaigns
·  You will participate in regular marketing committee to follow up campaign execution and efficiency and you ensure deep link with corporate IS and business teams to adjust or improve the tool to make it more efficient.

YOUR PROFILE:

Are you an internationally mobile graduate in Engineering or Business (within the past year), looking for a 2 year fast-track program? Have you had an initial experience outside your home country and do you want to take on new challenges? Do you speak at least two (preferably three) languages fluently, one of which must be English? Are you fully mobile? Do you think that innovation, team spirit and agility are keys to success? Do you want to have a unique experience, while gaining cross-company experience of a profession?
