YOUR MISSIONS:

In the frame of its strategy, Groupe SEB conducts an Industry 4.0 project which must be deployed in an operational way in the different entities.

In this context, you will handle for 24 months, 3 different positions:

§ 1 st Mission: From September 2019 – 12 months – Industrial Project Manager (Mayenne)

Moulinex production plant - 630 employees – 400 references - 2 million manufactured products per year (automatic coffee machines, food processors…)

In the frame of the deployment in Mayenne plant of the industrial project « Industry 4.0 », your mission will be to identify and manage several important projects:

· The implementation of a Manufacturing Execution System in the plant to ensure digital continuity
· The implementation of workshop supervision
· The introduction of Big Data in the plastic workshop to optimize the injection parameters
· The setting up of COBOTS or Automated Guided Vehicles

Those transverse projects will allow you to discover the overall operation and the inner mechanisms of an industrial site: manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, continuous improvement, logistics, quality, social dialogue… The expected gains of the projects are around €500K.

Real driving force of change, you will bring a fresh look on those new technologies and will work on their integration in our activities, in close collaboration with the different teams in the plant.

§ 2 nd and 3 rd missions : 6 months – Industrial Project (Europe, North and South America, Asia...)

· Building on the skills gained in your first experience, you will continue to develop your skills in one of our subsidiaries. You will handle new complementary assignments and learn from a specific market/plant and culture
· The final 6-month assignment is a real opportunity for you to consolidate your skills, acquire a cross-company vision of a role and identify your next position within Groupe SEB

YOUR PROFILE:

Are you an internationally mobile graduate in Engineering or Business (within the past year), looking for a 2 year fast-track program? Have you had an initial experience outside your home country and do you want to take on new challenges? Do you speak at least two (preferably three) languages fluently, one of which must be English? Are you fully mobile? Do you think that innovation, team spirit and agility are keys to success? Do you want to have a unique experience, while gaining cross-company experience of a profession?
