Contribute to our development:

To enhance Groupe SEB's E-commerce & D2C sales and profitability, the focus begins with online sales. This involves:

  • Designing the Commercial Performance Data Products and managing the roadmap of evolutions
  • Ensuring the usage of the Commercial Performance Data Products across the organization leveraging innovative means
  • Bridging Markets & Technology team to collect feedback and drive the roadmap
  • Leading the relationship with global data partners

Your missions:

  • As the Data Product Owner, you manage the roadmap & strategy, ensuring alignment between final user needs, data sources and products, identifying new opportunities, and prioritizing features and projects with the final goal to drive data adoption and enhance decision-making on E-commerce levers like the Digital shelf and Assortment.
  • You also handle backlog management & IT coordination, owning the product backlog, defining well-prioritized user stories, and coordinating sprints with IT Data teams. Your responsibility extends to ensuring the user-friendliness and consistency of Data products (dashboards) with data visualization experts.
  • Animation of practices at scale involves deep diving into Data product usage with markets, gathering needs for continuous improvement. You support organizational adoption and upskilling through training sessions, webinars, one-pagers and regular updates on releases, as well as innovative approaches like AI.
  • Acting as the liaison with external contractors, you maintain and grow relationships through regular check-ins and forward planning to ensure mutual objectives are met and exceeded.
  • Through Cross-Departmental Collaboration, you engage with departments such as Marketing, Sales, and Customer service to gather requirements and ensure Data Product alignment with broader business strategies.

Desired profile

Bring your skills:

Master's degree in marketing, Business or Technology with at least 6 years of experience as a Lead Data Project and/or Product Management, or a background on E-commerce business analysis and Data visualization.

Strong project management skills as well as experience in leading cross-functional teams fosters collaboration and drives collective achievement of objectives and managing terms, timelines, and budgets. Whether certified or with significant experience in agile project management methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.

Proven experience on Data Analysis with BI tools like Qlik, Tableau, or PowerBI, is crucial for leveraging data effectively.

A high sensitivity to user-friendliness and design, ideally in the context of Data products or Data visualization.

The ability to make timely and informed decisions aligned with strategic business goals ensures progress and efficiency.

Confidence in presenting to large groups or executives demonstrates effective communication skills and leadership presence.

Fluent in English & French
