MISSION:
Integrated within the production methods production department of a production unit, you participate in improving the efficiency of production equipment. In this context, you intervene on the performance and the control process / products in terms of safety, quality and ergonomics.
Your main subject is to study the integration of a prototype identification marking system on a pilot semi-automated production machine and to carry out the economic study of its deployment on the entire fleet of 20 machines.
The goal is to be able to link the quality of the production to the different means used.
To do this, you are led to:
· Look for different industrial marking solutions, evaluate their advantages and disadvantages to support the selection
· Study the economic aspect of the solutions to validate a budget associated with the project
· Realize the files of plans to integrate the solution on the pilot station in compliance with the rules of safety, ergonomics and compliance
· Consult and order the necessary elements for the realization of the project with different suppliers
· Manage technical changes with internal experts and subcontractors
· Consider the modes of operation and operational operation of the system
You also participate in daily actions in the Production Unit (optimization of the means of production, development, problem solving, etc ...).

Qualifications :
PROFILE:
In the final year of an engineering degree, oriented towards mechanical or industrial engineering, you want to gain significant experience in production methods at an industrial site within a large international group.
This mission requires methodological knowledge in project management, problem solving, technical knowledge in mechanical design, interpersonal skills, rigor and organization.
Your English is technical.
Your sense of initiative, your team spirit and your adaptability will allow you to succeed in this mission.
