Job description

MISSION :

· E-reputation: Follow local conversations about our brands & products
· Analyse online reputation of GSEB brands, products and main competitors at country/continent level based on Group e-reputation tool
· Propose answer & animation action plans based on daily e-reputation newsletters (generated at group level)
· Build & share monthly e-reputation reports at country level
· Collaborate with Group Communication to implement crisis communication on digital platforms
· Apply & share Internet platforms legal best practices locally to ensure GSEB respect of digital legislations (copyrights, privacy rules…)
· Community management: Animate pages on social networks to directly engage with consumers in the name of GSEB brands
· Define & animate GSEB brands’ local expression on its own media platforms in consistency with brands’ editorial lines
· Launch action plans and collaborate with agencies to increase communities’ size & engagement level
· Moderate consumers’ contribution on all branded platforms in collaboration with Group communication and GSEB after-sale service
· Publish digital content on social networks that add value to GSEB brands, and participate in their creation in collaboration with Digital content managers
· Create strategic partnerships with websites or platforms to support GSEB brands’ visibility & image online
· Influence: Develop GSEB local network with influencers in our key areas of interest
· Identify key local influencers (bloggers, journalists, chefs…) in our areas of interest (Cooking, Personal Care, Home Care)
· Define & roll-out strategy to create relation with those influencers (in collaboration with Continent’s managers and Digital Labs)
· Plan & organize specific actions with BUs towards those influencers to support product launch
· Represent GSEB brands during influencers’ related events
· Track major digital retailers sites
· Track shoppers & consumers comments on major retailers sites in cooperation with the Category Manager
· Alert appropriate GSEB representatives if need
· Take actions within defined e-reputation guidelines and/or define action plan to be validated
· Digital ATL budget:
· Plan and organize digital campaigns in cooperation with local PM’s
· Trail performance KPI’s

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  MBA Marketing or related degree
·  At least 3 to 5 years marketing experience (social media/e reputation and community management experience)
·  Strong analytical skills
·  Strong creative skills
·  Strong communication skills
·  Ability to manage and influence external and internal digital stakeholders
