Job description

MISSION :

· Process customer orders (entry, pricing, terms, etc.)
· Monitor backorders to prevent cancellations
· Interact efficiently with the MPCS Coordinator and Shipping Administration to facilitate the processing of short lead-time orders
· Request extensions for customer orders
· Supply in a timely manner all requested / required information to the Sales Department / Customer
· Assist Sales Managers / Sales Administration Department personnel when requested in accordance with department policy
· Inform the Sales Administration Manager of concerns / issues
· Maintain the customer master, message screen, and cross reference files
· Assist Sales Administration Manager with special projects

Qualifications :

PROFILE:

·  Associates Degree in Business Administration (or equivalent experience)
·  Minimum 3 years in sales administration, manufacturing planning or shipping administration
·  Highly organized; Excellent communication skills; Problem solving skills; Reactive; Dependable; Responsible; Team player; Leader; Decisive; Motivated
·  Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, AS400 experience)
·  Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment
