Integrated within the coatings research service, you participate in study and To the development of new characterizations methods and controls liquid coatings anti-adhesive. You make experiments plans to identify the influential factors in coating formulations anti-adhesive which lead to excellent performance scratch resistance After spray coating in the laboratory.

Vyou have a missions Mains

-       Working on the implementation of an experiment plan toto investigate the influence characteristics and choice of raw materials and their concentration on the quality of the liquid coatings obtained and the performance of coatings coated on culinary items (stoves).

-       Develop from the above databases and the results of the experiments plans, of conditions of Coatings formulations anti-adhesive (recipes + method of implementation) reliable and reproducible in the laboratory research phase, allowing to achieve high levels of mechanical performance of the coatings.

-       Lhas implemented analytical protocols on laboratory analytical equipment to control the rheology of developed liquid formulations.

-       The use of characterizations technique available in the laboratory to characterize the surface condition and the damage of a fluorinated film (μ-scratch tester).

PROFILE:

 

 

Holder of a minimum BAC + 2 specializing in chemistry Yes physico-chimeYou are in an engineering school specializing in chemistry / formulation / within an industrial site integrated into a large international group.

You have solid general knowledge in chemistry and formulation and master the techniques of analysis: IR, ATG, DSC, SEMRheology…. As well as knowledge of the plans of experiments

This mission requires analytical faculties, a spirit of synthesis and a real interest in manipulation.

Your sense of initiative, your autonomy, your rigor, your team spirit and your adaptability will enable you to accomplish this mission.

You are proficient in Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
