MISSION:



Attached to the Quality After-Sale Manager, you participate in the daily life of this service. Your environment will be international and multi-brand on the culinary products business. We work with subsidiaries world level and on products manufactured in France or abroad. You will also participate in the follow-up of French consumers. Your main mission is to set up different indicators of customer and consumer satisfaction world level. Your main tasks are: - Put in place key indicators on consumer satisfaction around the world. These indicators will be put in place on our activity (culinary items) and put in place in collaboration with the other activities of the group (Electro Household and Laundry and Person Care). Your mission will therefore be cross-cutting within our business and with the rest of the Seb Group - Accompanying the follow-up of consumer and subsidiary complaints - Participate in the development of monthly or one-time reports for other company services - Improve and enrich our data from consumers services around the world and on the internet

PROFILE:

Holder of a Bac 2 or Bac 3/4, you wish to acquire, through an alternation, a significant experience in quality and on a consumer experience on an industrial site within an international group. You are motivated and have good communication skills and a good team spirit. You know how to empathize. Your level of English allows you to read texts and understand conversations. You are comfortable on merchant and social networks. Your organizational and self-reliance skills will be major assets to succeed in this mission.
