Sales and Customer Service Assistant - IDS

We have an opportunity for a highly customer focussed Sales and Customer Service Assistant

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales and maximizing branch profitability through link selling, both in the showroom and over the phone, and by providing exceptional customer service.

Some of your other duties will include:

· 
Achieving showroom targets set by the business and Branch Manager

· 
Continuously improving customer service to include customer after sales care

· 
Complete training activity for core skills, own role and multi-skilling

Demonstrating flexibility and team-working in order to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the overall business

For the ales/Showroom role role we will be looking for you to specifically demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and experience:)
