Missions

As HR Manager, you will support the Global Company HR in the execution of the HR Strategy for Ukraine. You will be in charge of recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, training & development, headcount forecast and employer brand development.

Your Main responsibilities:
Recruitment & Selection
• to be in charge of the whole recruiting process for Ukraine
• to coordinate the selection process
• to attract talents and high-level specialists from the market
• to develop the employer brand
Training & Development
• to deploy the Annual review in the region using the corporate standards and approaches
• to develop the career plans, identify HiPo employees
• to manage the integration process
• to ensure training needs are fulfilled
• to organise events
HR Administration
• to ensure all legal aspects are fulfilled for the contracts in the Company
• to coordinate headcount follow-up and forecast for the Company
• to manage turnover

Desired profile

Profil

• University degree (Human Resources, Juridical, Business)
• Minimum 3 years in international HR environment having built up a solid experience
• Hands on experience in Recruitment and Talent Management
• Skills of Project Management Techniques, Negotiation, Written Communication and Presentation
• Communicational and analitical skills, awareness about ukrainian law
• Organized, precise, knows how to handle confidential data and facts
• Proactive, dynamic and a broad interest in HR topics
• Fluent English. Knowledge of French can be an assat
• Driving license is preferable. Be ready for business trips.
