The Global Markets Post-Trade IT team is responsible for providing support for Fixed Income, Equity/Securities Lending and Credit Trading applications for both run (functional and technical support) and change (projects) on this perimeter. 

The team is involved in the different phases of application development: user needs collection, analysis, design, implementation, delivery, support, and maintenance, within an agile framework.

We are looking for an IT business analyst for Fixed Income and Credit Trading Booking and Post Trade domain. 

He/She/They will work on projects and provide support for Fixed Income and Credit Trading, Treasury desk, Operations, Risks, Compliance and Finance. Position requires strong knowledge of P&L, hedge, Market data and trade lifecycle from booking until settlement, with a focus on the Fixed Income business line, and solid experience with Booking applications (Summit or equivalent).

The candidate will focus on gathering requirements from stakeholders, write business requirements and functional specifications, liaise with IT developers, define, and execute test scripts and coordinate with end-users for UAT. The candidate will also help with planning and status reporting.

The position involves interactions with Global Markets Pre Trade IT Teams and Head Office IT teams.

 

The salary range for this position will be between $145,000 - $200,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.

He/she/they will:

For all that relates to Fixed Income, Treasury and Credit business:

Project Management / Business Analysis:

·  Project scoping and planning, progress reporting, identification and management of issues/risks and communications.
·  Close collaboration with the user representatives (traders, operations, etc…) to determine business requirements,  define and document the business requirements.
·  Write detailed functional specifications for IT development teams.
·  Definition and execution of test scripts
·  Coordination of User Acceptance Tests 

Functional support / maintenance:

·  Responsible for Level 2/3 support, in collaboration with Level 1. In particular, support for day-to-day issues on Summit (booking, pricing, market data, straight through processing, settlement, reporting, accounting…)
·  Monitor the trade workflow and make sure statements and regulatory reporting are accurately produced.

Profil et compétences requises

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 3 years experience in IT business analysis functions in the Finance industry
• Deep knowledge and experience on Summit or any equivalent Fixed Income booking and risk management system, including booking models, Cashflows, Accounting, Operations and Settlement workflows.
• Excellent knowledge of Fixed Income products: Bonds(Treasury, ABS, CLO, Corporate, MTGE, CMBS, RMBS) and Repo (sovereign, Tri-party, multi-collateral, FICC sponsor repo)
• Familiarity with SQL, and be able to read scripts or code (Windows and Unix as Bash, Perl, Python, C#...) is a plus
• Ability to analyze complex problems, with strong attention to detail and ability to provide solutions to problems.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment on multiple applications.
