Stage - Contrôleur de Gestion Zone Europe (H/F)

LOCATION
Location/Department/Division: Suresnes (France)/Europe Finance. Internship for July 2017.

CONTEXT
You will be part of Bel Europe Zone and its 16 Business Units which generate the majority of the Group sales.

MAIN DUTIES
At the Europe Financial Controlling Department, you will be responsible for controlling and following-up Europe zone and countries Finance activities. You will have also an impact on the animation and the analysis of the management cycle (budget, forecast, actual) across the zone by building reliable zone consolidated reports. You will facilitate and enable an efficient and transparent relationship between the Europe Zone and local Finance teams. Reporting directly to the Europe Zone Reporting Manager, you will assist him in order to accomplish the following tasks:
- Follow closely and secure the zone monthly closing process by ensuring accurate and relevant monthly closings are reported in time as per expected deadlines within the zone
- Alert on any closing risks or unexpected situations in the countries (such as issues with meeting the deadlines, unexpected postings or variances, etc…)
- Provide the local Finance teams with support in resolving any potential issues faced by the countries on their monthly closing and reporting activities
- Build and update financial templates to be used by the Business Units for reporting purposes to the zone (budget, forecast, actual),
- Prepare monthly reports at zone level (volumes, Working Capital, etc...),
- Support the monthly performance analysis by providing the Zone Reporting Manager with up to date information on the selected items to be reviewed (managerial P&L figures and key indicators by brands, business units and activities vs last year and budget / forecast, etc…),
- Build zone consolidated budget reports and presentation slides,

CONDITIONS
1200 euros bruts / month, Reimbursement 50% of your transport title

Profil recherché

PROFILE
You are in Business School or equivalent in Finance, you are looking for your final year internship.
You should have a knowledge of accounting basics and a good practice of the Office Pakage/SAP BPC.
You should be also fluent in Englishb}
