Senior Internal Auditor (M/W)

Under the direct management of the Chief Audit executive risk management and the functional management of the audit managers during audit assessments, the internal auditor is responsible for the timely execution of risk-based internal audits in accordance with the annual audit plan, as well as assisting with other audit matters and projects.



Essential duties:




Conduct risk assessment of assigned department or functional area in established/required timeline
Carry out risk-based audit programs review the suitability of internal control design
Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation
Conduct audit testing of specified area and identify reportable issues and dimension of risk
Travels to Bel industrial sites and local entities (average 30% of working time) to assess the various field business cycles as: production, commercial, legal, supply chain, purchasing, marketing, finance
Propose correctives actions and support operational stakeholders in implementing new processes and feasible solutions within the Bel organization under the limit of audit independence




Ideal profile :




Business school or engineering school:Masters degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
At least 3 years financial experience, through public accounting/auditing in a well-known audit firm (Big 4 a plus) and/or industry experience
CPA / Professional certification in accounting or CIA / CISA / CFE preferred
Familiarity with systems knowledge, especially ERP
Strong analytical, written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
Attention to detail, objectivity, thoroughness, good personal grooming
Enthusiasm, large capacity to take initiative and autonomy in audit work
Fluent in English
