Location and start of the fixed-term contract
Start as soon as possible. Fixed-term contract till end of December 2018.


Main duties
You belong to the Global CMI Team (5 people team) within the worldwide strategic planning team with a direct report to the french CMI Group Manager and a functional line to the marketing Director in France.
To notice that Consumer and Market Insights is at Bel on a transformation way towards an increasing strategic role at the heart of company growth opportunity.

You are expected to support the French Group Manager in his job on the whole brand portfolio (Minibabybel, Boursin, La Vache Qui Rit, Kiri, Leerdammer) and transversal topics :

Refine research needs according to specific marketing/business request, carry out qualitative and quantitative studies and accompany marketing in result interpretation.
- Recommend best research methodologies/ approaches and agency choice
- Manage Research Agencies and follow all the research process : briefing, questionnaire/guide reading and improving, fieldwork.
- Summarize and transform research results into very actionable recommandations in perspective with existing knowledge

Be a privileged interlocutor for french marketing team when it comes to research, consumers and trends and provide an on-going insight and competitive watch
-Contribute to improve consumer centricity in marketing decision making
-Inspire and feed French Marketing teams: researches on Mintel or Euromonitor databases, re-use of Bel former researches...
-Be at the edge of new research tools (be aware of new kind of methodologies, …)

Participate to BEL CMI community life: European CMI team first and Worldwide strategic planning team
-Take the lead on transversal topics (digital transformation for CMI, internal panel responsibility in link with R&D…)
-Contribute to bottom up knowledge transmission from local-France to european CMI team

Profil recherché

Profile
Due to the role of key internal partner in relationship with Brand Managers, Groups Managers and Marketing Managers, a minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing research is expected,. You have namely an experience in marketing research, with the knowledge of several types of methodologies (pre - post tests, organoleptic tests, claim tests, concept tests …) and you are familiar to research process from brief taking to wrap up of results and recommendations

Your English is fluent mandatory.

In a nutshell, at the same time you are dynamic and easy to work with high ability to work in team in various environments with all kind of profiles and personalities.
Your taste for digital and new technologies will be a plus for our offer.}
