The opportunity

 

As an intern within our team, you will have the opportunity to work in collaboration with our local Human Resource Information System and Shared Service Center expertson the following subjects:

 

-Create a manual to document the processes involved in the function while looking for opportunities for improvement, automation and lean solutions

 

-Train the Human Resources team on the use of Human Resources systems for reporting

 

-Provide daily support with the preparation of standard reports

-Create a Standard Operating Procedures and Processes manual to document the activities performed by our local team

 

-Communicate with Human Resource Shared Service Center team and Team Leaders, and share ideas for improvement and standardization of processes

 

-Work with the team to support the needs of our Goodyear associates and be able to act as back-up on simple tasks

 

 

To join our team you will need:

 

Education :

The student should be enrolled in a Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Human Ressources or any related field (with a strong interest in Information Technology).

Languages :

English is a must. French and German are considered as an advantage.

 

Skills :

The student will need to demonstrate the following skills & qualifications:

-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Access and Excel VBA
-Knowledge of SAP for Human Resources would be an advantage
-Team Player
-Self Driven
-Able to take initiative

 

 

You have to be enrolled in an university and ideally be available as of  January 2020 for a 6-month period.
