SUPPLY CHAIN SPECIALIST

Poste et missions:The Supply Chain Specialist will provide general and project assistance to all departments within the Supply Chain team. This position will assist with managing projects within Supply Chain.
1. Works with the warehouse to maximize material handling efficiencies and resolve issues as they arise.
2. Ensures Sales and Customer Service teams are informed regarding delivery status.
3. Assists with reviewing and processing vendor orders and shipments.
4. Assists with reviewing and processing purchase orders.
5. Reviews freight bills for accuracy and follows up as required.
6. Provides assistance with KPI tracking and reporting
7. Inputs data into systems, keeps systems and files updated.
8. Assists with special projects.
9. Assures vendor compliance.
10. Suggests opportunities for enhancements within Supply Chain and works to implement changes.

Profil:
EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION / SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE
1. Currently pursuing a Degree in the Supply Chain field or related
2. Some Project Management skills required
3. Experience in Logistics/Warehouse a plus
4. Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
5. Effective communication skills
