Essential Responsibilities

- Preparing the Manufacturing Operation Plans （including WPS and PQR） in accordance with engineering documents and master planning schedule in order that our production has the reasonable manufacturing costs and efficiency and the designed quality
-Organize welder qualification certificate including brazing and fusion welding
-Site service and NCR solve
-Lead welding improvement
- Preparing the clamping and special measuring ways and tools for manufacturing the workpiece
- Design and optimize the cutting tools, standardization the cutting tools
- Prepare the specification for the tooling and production packing
- Prepare the special process documentation such as balancing, welding, lifting etc. to ensure the production line running smoothly
- Prepare the manufacturing specifications to execute the manufacturing and give the relevant training to the workers
- Being open to market evolution and techniques, prepare the investment budget, and carry out the investment management to improve productivity
- Input and maintain the BOM or routing data in ERP system
- Other tasks assigned by managers
Qualifications/Requirements

- Bachelor degree in welding technology/mechanical manufacturing
-3 years welding engineer experience
- English ability in reading and writing fluently
- Good communication skills and team work
Desired Characteristics

- Familiar with generator and turbine production structure, and manufacturing procedure
- Familiar with welding heat treatment
- Familiar with GB/ISO/ASME welding standard and metal standard
- Familiar with CNC boring/milling machine, heavy horizontal/vertical lathe and Lean knowledge
- Machining knowledge for turbine parts. Mastering mechanical drawing standard. Able to understand the engineering drawings and documents. Expertly operating Microsoft Office and AutoCAD, familiar with CATIA
-- Understand internal relations in factory and cross relations between Engineering, Sourcing. Supporting the activities in workshops with good service consciousness and requirement of EHS system
- Familiar with ERP system
