Role Summary/Purpose
In this role, you will help create effective visual designs for traditional and digital programs including use of color, spacing and material.. You will be an individual contributor to multiple user experience engagements with a focus on at least one specialized user experience domain.
Essential Responsibilities
- Design excellent software interfaces with high level of accuracy in collaboration with the UX Designers
- Use and extend the company’s Design System
- Create stunning visual designs for stakeholder communication: user flows, personas, infographics, presentations
- Participate in product vision definition
- Work closely with product management and software developers
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as a Visual designer
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent discipline
- An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating relevant work experience across both online and offline channels
- Strong visual design aesthetic with a bias for simplification
- Advanced skill level in the standard tools of the design trade, e.g. full use of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
- Ability to quickly turn around detailed comps/mockups in an iterative environment
- Unwavering attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Proven ability to work cross-team, lead the design process, and synthesize feedback and input from stakeholders
- The ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, and multi-task
- The ability to work across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work
