Role Summary/Purpose
As the Forecast and Funding Intern, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the forecast and funding team on their ongoing responsibilities listed below. This role will be primarily responsible for supporting our transaction reporting activities and supporting new and ongoing projects initiatives including reporting standardization and KPI Measurements.
Essential Responsibilities
- Forecasting cash flows at
the account level for all in scope legal entities in LATAM
- Reporting operational
cash and debt position within the region
- Analyzing Actual cash movements vs
forecast data and providing feedback to ES & Businesses
- Funding accounts to
provide operational stability
- Invest excess cash
- Support accounting by
providing appropriate back up information through Manual Journal Entries for all transactions-
- Support month
end/ quarter end reporting cycle
- Identify cash shortages
and suggest funding options (Credit/Inter company Loan/Infusion)
- Support
business initiatives to enable standardization of existing processes
- This individual will
imply working with not only the treasury teams, but also with other enterprise standards as B2P,
Taxes, IBS, Payroll, O2C, Customs and business functions as well.
- Support treasury
team in process improvements and act as back up for critical processes.

Update KPI’s and provide metrics to upper management and Business leaders
(Daily,Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly).
- Actively participate in all new project
migrations
Qualifications/Requirements
- Current Bachelor in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering or
related
- Good Analytical Skills
- Strong Proficiency in Powerpoint
and Excel
- Fluent in English
