Role Summary/Purpose

Works as part of a client delivery team to create and implement advisory or advisory/technology solutions to improve financial, operational, clinical, or patient safety outcomes within healthcare provider institutions. Owns and personally delivers pieces of the overall client engagement and trains, mentors, and oversees the work of consultants or associate consultants on the engagement team.

This role drives an Operating Plan in the assigned region.
Essential Responsibilities

1. Maintain an executive presence on behalf of GE while working in a customer’s C-Suite environment and our cross-functional Commercial and Account Executive teams.
2. Lead the development of technical solutions based on customer’s feedback, while adhering to GE Policy and Guidelines, and delivering services that fit within the customer’s expectations.
3. Deliver and close on quotations derived from voice of customer sessions, with the support of the account community.
Independently collect, validate, analyze, and synthesize data to support engagement objectives.
2. Plan and complete assigned work within the engagement with high quality on time and on budget.
3. May lead or mentor other consultants or associate consultants in deliverable completion in large projects.
4. May act as an engagement leader on smaller client projects.
5. Prepare and deliver succinct, clear, and insightful and influential executive-level presentations.
6. Proactively identify client needs and assist in developing solutions, which may include helping to identify business development/upsell opportunities within the client.
7. Facilitate effective, cross-functional working sessions with clients and GE stakeholders.
8. Establish credibility and develop relationships with mid-level client managers.
9. Serve as a professional representative of GE Healthcare in all public and client settings.
10. Developing expertise in multiple solution areas/practices.
11. Participates in Knowledge Management activities as directed.
Qualifications/Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree and a minimum three years of experience in either advisory services/consulting or performance improvement in a healthcare setting and a minimum two years of experience leading and managing projects with outcome focused deliverables.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Power Point.
3. Ability to travel at least 70%.
4. Language proficiency in (region specific). 1. Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.
2. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
3. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.
Desired Characteristics

1. Master’s degree and a minimum five years of experience in either advisory services/consulting.
2. Strong awareness and understanding of the healthcare industry and major trends in the geography in which client projects are delivered.
3. Minimum two years of healthcare clinical or administrative experience.
4. Demonstrated data mining and analytical skills.
5. Ability to create impactful client facing communications and presentations.
6. Demonstrated experience in driving change using Change Management tools.
7. Demonstrated experience in LEAN or Six Sigma tools.
8. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
9. Excellent written and oral communication skills with demonstrated experience speaking and writing clearly and convincingly.
10. Demonstrated business acumen and analytical skills.
11. Ability to work independently and consistently meet or exceed performance expectations.
12. Ability to adjust work and communication style based on situational needs.
13. Demonstrate an aptitude for critical thinking to included evaluation of ideas and synthesizing information into insights.
14. Proven ability to accomplish large volume of high quality work under pressure.
