Role Summary/Purpose

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and skilled HR individual who would like to be part of GE's exciting Digital Industrial journey. You will be responsible for wing to wing recruitment processes working both on your own and in teams. You will become a member of the West European Talent Acquisition team and you will be based in Kolding (Denmark), where you will work along the HR community as well as Talent Acquisition colleagues across the region.

Essential Responsibilities

·  Manage ‘wing to wing’ recruiting activity (from initiation of a posting to the on-boarding of a new hire), predominantly external hires covering different part of the business and locations

·  Stakeholders include Talent Acquisition team members, specific Hiring Managers, relevant HR counterparts, HR Operations and our external candidates

·  Conduct job launch meeting with Hiring Manager, set recruitment process expectations based on your external market knowledge and experience

·  Support Hiring Manager on improving job postings where necessary

·  Utilize sourcing channel, leverage job boards and social media (e.g. LinkedIn)

·  Use active candidate pipeline to identify and track top talent for your specific job requisitions

·  Interview and evaluate candidates to qualify them for the role, in person or via phone

·  Help support GE’s diversity initiatives & strategy to attract a diverse workforce to the company

·  Ensure Local country knowledge of staffing & process compliance is followed

·  Eager to learn about & understand your business/function/region

·  Present the best GE to enhance our Candidate Experience

Qualifications/Requirements

·  University Degree with focus preferably on HR, and/or Business, Marketing, Communications etc.

·  Preferably some work experience and/or exposure to recruiting in Denmark, but not a must

·  Fluency in Dänish and English. Additional European languages is considered as a plus

Desired Characteristics

·  Understanding of sourcing processes and techniques, utilizes boolean searches in order to find passive candidates where needed.

·  Good problem solving skills

·  Able to deliver under tight deadlines
