Role Summary/Purpose
Support growth and strategic marketing team efforts in analyzing markets and driving company growth in the Russia/CIS region.
Essential Responsibilities
• Market research to identify opportunities and industrial trends in O&G and Power industries. Consolidate and regularly update macro-economic analysis and implications for GE businesses in RUCIS region
• Lead and support market sizing and strategy development activities in O&G, Power, Renewables (Hydro, Wind) and other GE businesses
• Support customer and competitor analysis (company deep dives) across GE businesses with focus on O&G/chemical segments. Integrate competitive intelligence into marketing insights and growth ideas
• Development of business cases including organic growth opportunities (e.g. products and services localization)
• Participation in cross-business projects related to global business initiatives
• Support in the creation of key documents/ presentations
• Keep track of relevant news, marketing/ behavior change best practice and inspiration to inform the roadmap of the company
• Management of data sources – keeping marketing subscriptions and contracts up to date
Desired profile
Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Economics/Marketing or technical qualification related to GE products and services in O&G and Power industries
• Ability to work in diverse teams and as a self-contributor
• Strong analytical and process skills, attention to details
• Good interpersonal and oral and written communications skills (including Power Point presentations)
• Experienced computer user – proficiency in MS Office
• Work experience or internships related to marketing would be an advantage
