Role Summary/Purpose

Les achats sont réalisés dans le cadre de projets internationaux, principalement pour des clients localisés en Europe et en Afrique qui permettent de doter les clients de systèmes de gestion de réseau électriques. Le scope de fournitures peut-être très vaste selon la complexité du projet.
Essential Responsibilities

·  Faire une synthèse de la documentation existante au niveau global et local.

·  Proposer une simplification des procédures locales du site de Massy et la mettre en œuvre après accord du responsable achats.

·  Rationaliser toutes les autres documents gérés par les achats (Information fournisseur, création/fermeture fournisseurs,.) et proposer une organisation de classification.

·  Réaliser un tableau de suivi «automatique» des indicateurs du service achats.

·  Gérer les non-conformités fournisseurs en support aux acheteurs du site.

·  Respecter les procédures GE aussi bien en termes d’achats que d’EHS.
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Français parlé et écrit

·  Anglais parlé et écrit

·  Connaissances des outils informatique : MS-Office, Messagerie (Outlook)...

·  Ecole de commerce ou d’ingénieur / Université Bac +2/34/5
