Role Summary/Purpose

The ERP Regional Operations Leader will be responsible for supporting various ERP Modules across multiple ERPs both Oracle e-Business Suite. Provide leadership and coordination of technical team that will support all aspects of the Oracle ERP footprint especially Services, Finance, GSCM and associated 3rd party bolt-on applications. They will partner with P&Ls, Business and Local Leadership teams You will be expected to leverage prior knowledge and experience and also be hands on.
Essential Responsibilities

• Experience in Oracle E-Business Suite Applications in the areas of Services, Finance, GSCM etc  
• Build strong relationships with all local and global stakeholders 
• Work on RICE Components, workflows and customization with strong knowledge on P2P functionality. 
• Proactively seeks continuous improvement in the area of Oracle functional application capabilities and technical or report performance to enhance process efficiency and user experiences. 
• Interface/CO-ordinate with functional leadership, key stakeholders, and Corporate teams working as a business partner to evaluate, simplify, and improve business processes. 
• Partner with IT Operation leaders for the Finance team on key Simplification & Growth initiatives to drive the overall strategy 
• Support various Oracle Modules – focusing on Services, Finance, GSCM both from a daily operations and a project perspective, providing technical support of the environment, managing issues, implementing changes, liaising with Finance team on new requirements. 
• Lead the requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, implementation and maintenance of Oracle ERPs 
• Develop functional, technical specifications as per AIM documentation. 
• Follow project rigor and process, applying Agile methodologies as appropriate 
• Maintain environment configuration and access control, drive consistency of infrastructure across the environment 
• Maintain and apply current knowledge of information technology; keep abreast of new and emerging technologies and help determine if / how they can be used to add value to the business 
• Understands, promotes and adheres to IT security/SOD and SoX compliance policies and processes

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent degree 

• Extensive experience with financial systems, business planning, resource allocation & project management 
• Strong knowledge in Oracle Apps Technical (R12 / 11i), PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Developer/Reports/Workflow/Forms/OAF Unix, Unix Shell Scripting) 
• Good Knowledge in Oracle Finance, Services, GSCM and other Modules
