Role Summary/Purpose

As a Staff Agile Transformer, you will work with GE Digital technical leadership and their teams and coach them on an approach to incubate and accelerate the creation of new technology at GE. You will lead and facilitate teams through the agile framework to accelerate digital product development.
Essential Responsibilities

In this role you will:

·  Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to help them understand and execute an approach to evaluating and prioritizing their product backlog.

·  Accelerate digital adoption by providing training, coaching, feedback, and advice to GE Digital teams on the Scrum Framework.

·  Co-locate with the teams to coach them in migrating from project based initiatives to digital product development.

·  Participate in creating and/or improving the agenda, content, and delivery of portfolio and digital incubation workshops or studios.

·  Identify and coach champions within GE Digital in order to remove dependencies on external mentors.
Qualifications/Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

·  Bachelors degree from an accredited university

·  Minimum of 6 years professional experience

·  Minimum of 3 years of experience with technical product management, agile coaching or scrum and/or participation in the development of software based products or services

Eligibility Requirements:

·  Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job

·  Must be willing to travel up to 10%

·  Must be willing to work out of an office located in Glen Allen, VA
Desired Characteristics

·  Certified scrum master (CSM) or similar certification(s)

·  Dynamically adapt to fluid situations to deliver the intended results

·  Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

·  Ability to form productive relationships quickly and create the spheres of influence required for transformational changes

·  Ability to facilitate larger sessions or events for product planning, etc.

·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of leadership.
