Role Summary/Purpose
Collect drawings from 80+ different drawing locations for RFQ purpose, Helping/ enabling Commodity leader to focus/spend more time on negotiation (Capacity improvement), and reduce time to gather drawing through central team of experts (RFQ Factory) and identify supplier and supplier contact for Regulatory document collection, resolve additional information request from supplier (TRS Factory).
Essential Responsibilities
· Learn, adapt, and apply different drawing collection methods, and information gathering from each drawing systems.
· Learn different ERP/database to collect supplier information (Tableau, etc.).
· Provide support for supplier regulatory document collection such as RoHS, REACH, IHM, Conflict Mineral, etc..
· Process drawing collection request through workflow.
· Review drawings/PLM for additional information/sub level drawings needed for RFQ.
· Provide daily update on drawing collection status.
· Investigate drawings not found in the drawing system, and resolve missing drawing: Contact drawing owner, search with google, etc.
· Some request need to be processed within 24 hours.
Qualifications/Requirements
· College student – engineering degree preferred.
· Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
· Proactive self-starter/problem solver.
· Accurate/detail oriented.
· Ability to handle several tasks at the same time.
· PLM and drawing collection experience is a plus.
