Role Summary/Purpose

The Sourcing Initiatives Specialist will:
·  Generate compliant BOE (Basis of Estimate) in support of proposal activities
·  Serve as liaison between Sourcing commodity and Pricing
Essential Responsibilities

In addition, as the Sourcing Initiatives Specialist, you will:

·  Perform in-depth analysis of supplier cost proposals to ensure compliance to FAR policy

·  Provide compliant BOE (Basis of Estimate) for support of proposal activities through:
·  Analysis of material costs of associated BOMs (Bill of Material)
·  Solicitation of quotes
·  and Completion of price analysis
·  Facilitate CAPA (Cost and Price Analysis) requests and TCoPD (Truthful Cost or Pricing Data) sweeps
·  Support proposal audits

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (Or a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Sourcing, Pricing, Costing or related field)

·  One year Sourcing, Costing, Pricing experience
