Role Summary/Purpose

This position is for a Cyber Security tester in the Medical Imaging Software team under GE Healthcare. The person will develop & deliver for the GE Healthcare Imaging level Cyber Security . Essential Responsibilities

Run vulnerability assessment / penetration testing and create assessment reports.
Expected to work on Cloud Security, Mobile Security, and Security of healthcare devices
Expected to define the security test strategy (manual, automated) for the product.
Execute test iterations and publish the test report.
Performs static and dynamic code analysis and works with engineering teams to triage and remediate findings.
Knowledge of CI/CT/CD process and techniques of enabling security testing in the pipeline.
Qualifications/Requirements

Application development background and security knowledge - example of languages include C, C++, Java, Python, JavaScript
Vulnerability and threat management experience.
Detailed technical knowledge of techniques, standards and state-of-the art capabilities for authentication and authorization, PKI, cryptography, security vulnerabilities and remediation.
Hands on with OWASP top 10 vulnerabilities identification and remediation techniques.
Hands on with Threat Modelling frameworks and techniques.
Experience with various security tools and products (Fortify, Nessus, AppScan, Burp Suite, Metasploit, Kali Linux, etc)
Good understanding of the Secure SDLC
Certification:
CISSP, CISA, CEH, OSCP or other information security Certifications.
Desired Characteristics

Masters Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related computer field.
Experience in software platform, advanced applications, user-interface design and/or systems engineering.
Experience in working with distributed global teams.
Knowledge of Gradle/Github/Gitswarm
Cloud related security experience.
