Role Summary/Purpose
The Service Coordinator owns the commercial and administrative work for short duration jobs in house or in customers’ sites and for organization of training logistics for customers. From initial customer request to final invoice, he(she) manages the relationships with the customer to deliver best quality and on time delivery.
Essential Responsibilities
Primary customer contact for:
· Assign field engineer to customer site jobs, including:
· Preparation and communication of reactive job pricing estimation
· Process customer Purchase orders for reactive service jobs
· Coordination with other offices in case of local resource limitation
· Maintain and archive administrative files for jobs
· Preparation of invoices for reactive services jobs
· Coordination with Finance to reduce and eliminate past due payments
· Coordination and administrative processes
· Use of SAP & Service Max platforms to manage onsite jobs / Company will provide appropriate for SAP & Service Max use, including training
· Field engineer assignment
· Coordination with other offices in case of local resource limitation
· Invoice and costs tracking
· Collaboration with Finance Department to prepare reports
· Coordination with customers for returns and repairs
· Other administrative support as required by management
· Training coordination
Qualifications/Requirements
· Commercial and administrative assistant
· Typically, 2-4 years university degree or equivalent knowledge or experience
· Language skills: Spanish and English
· IT Systems: Office tools in windows environment (MS Office)
· Strong capacity to work on multitasking and in continuous learning modes
· EU Work Permit
If contracted in Spain:
Non-national candidates are responsible to know the minimum documentation requirements to be able to be contracted in country: NIE- Social Security Affiliation Number in Spain (NAF) and Bank Account in Spain. They must be in possession of them at the time of start hiring. GE will not sponsor this requirement.
